Agency Contract Managers. All agency contract managers (as defined in State Policy) shall complete “Contract Management” training offered by the Division, or another Division-approved training course. All required training under this section is valid for four years. After four years, all Agency contract managers must provide documentation that training has been retaken or the requirement has otherwise been satisfied.

  • Contract Manager The Contract Manager for the Board is Xxxxxxx Xxxxx. The Contract Manager for the Contractor is the Contractor. The parties shall direct all matters arising in connection with the performance of this Agreement, other than notices, to the attention of the Contract Managers for attempted resolution or action. The Contract Managers shall be responsible for overall resolution, action, coordination, and oversight relating to the performance of this Agreement.

  • Regulatory Agency Control This Agreement shall at all times be subject to changes, modifications, orders, and rulings by the Federal Communications Commission and/or the applicable state utility regulatory commission to the extent the substance of this Agreement is or becomes subject to the jurisdiction of such agency.

  • Vendor Contract Manager Vendor shall identify a specific Contract Manager whose duties shall include but not be limited to: i) supporting the marketing and management of the Contract, ii) facilitating dispute resolution between Vendor and a Customer, and iii) advising DIR of Vendor’s performance under the terms and conditions of the Contract. DIR reserves the right to require a change in Vendor’s then-current Contract Manager if the assigned Contract Manager is not, in the reasonable opinion of DIR, adequately serving the needs of the State.   • Contract Management To ensure full performance of the Contract and compliance with applicable law, the System Agency may take actions including:

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply. Contractor agrees to be governed by and comply with the provisions of §§00-000-000, 00-000-000, 00-000-000, and 00- 000-000, C.R.S. regarding the monitoring of vendor performance and the reporting of contract information in the State’s contract management system (“Contract Management System” or “CMS”). Contractor’s performance shall be subject to evaluation and review in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract, Colorado statutes governing CMS, and State Fiscal Rules and State Controller policies.

  • Emergency Contact CONTRACTOR shall have a responsible person available at, or reasonably near, the Project/Service on a twenty-four (24) hour basis, seven (7) days a week, who may be contacted in emergencies and in cases where immediate action must be taken to handle any problem that might arise. CONTRACTOR shall submit to the COUNTY’s Project Manager, the phone numbers and names of personnel designated to be contacted in cases of emergencies. This list shall contain the name of their supervisors responsible for work pertaining to this Agreement.

  • Emergency Contacts Contractor shall provide County with a list of names and telephone numbers at which Contractor’s representative, alternate, superintendent, and other key personnel can be reached during non-working hours in the case of an emergency.
