Agency Generated Data in Wing Suite. Parties understand that Xxxxx does not own any right, title, or interest to third-party video integrated into the Wing Suite. Flock may provide Agency with the opportunity to post, upload, display, publish, distribute, transmit, broadcast, or otherwise make available on or submit through the Wing Suite, messages, text, illustrations, files, images, graphics, photos, comments, sounds, music, videos, information, content, ratings, reviews, data, questions, suggestions, or other information or materials produced by Agency. Agency shall retain whatever legally cognizable right, title, and interest that Agency has in Agency Generated Data. Agency understands and acknowledges that Flock has no obligation to monitor or enforce Agency’s intellectual property rights to Agency Generated Data. To the extent legally permissible, Agency grants Flock a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute the Agency Generated Data for the sole purpose of providing Flock Services. Flock does not own and shall not sell Agency Generated Data.
