Agency Locations. Agent acknowledges and confirms that the IATA or ARC numbers and addresses for any affiliated agency locations must be provided at the start of this Agreement and quarterly on an ongoing basis, and when requested by BA from time to time. BA may independently review any Agent Locations. The review may include, but is not limited to, audits in accordance with Clause 11.

Agency Locations. Agent acknowledges and confirms that the IATA or ARC numbers and addresses for any affiliated agency locations must be provided at the start of this Agreement and monthly on an ongoing basis, and when requested by SV from time to time. SV may independently review any Agent Locations. The review may include, but is not limited to, audits in accordance with Clause 11.
Agency Locations. Attachment Three, “Slope Mowing Detail Table,” contains the current locations and estimated annual number of times they are to be mowed. The estimated numbers are for evaluation purposes only. Actual number of times the locations will be mowed will be determined by the agencies and may change. 1. The Contractor will provide mowing services to the listed agency mowing locations within its awarded district(s). The agency mowing locations are listed in Attachment Three. 2. Mowing locations listed in Attachment Three will use the awarded Contractor and the corresponding Contract pricing.
Agency Locations. The cities for the various participating agencies are included with the Price Schedule. If mutually agreed by the Contractor and the State, any other State agency or Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) members may use the contract provided they are located within a 20 miles radius of the agency listed. All prices, terms and conditions would remain the same.

  • UNDERGROUND LOCATIONS Prior to the Company commencing any work the Customer must advise the Company of the precise location of all underground services on the site and clearly xxxx the location. The underground mains and services the Customer must identify include, but are not limited to, telephone cables, fibre optic cables, electrical services, gas services, sewer services, pumping services, sewer connections, sewer sludge mains, water mains, irrigations pipes, oil pumping mains and any other services that may be on site. Whilst the Company will take all care to avoid damage to any underground services the Customer agrees to indemnify the Company in respect of all any liability claims, loss, damage, cost and fines as a result of damage to services not precisely located and notified pursuant to this clause.
