Agency Subpoena Power. The Grantee shall comply with the provisions of Human Resources Code Section 203.008 or other applicable law that authorizes the Department to issue subpoenas, receive evidence, and gather information that the Department deems necessary for the investigation of abuse, neglect, or exploitation allegations; complaints; financial and programmatic audits of juvenile probation programs, services, and facilities; or any other matter under its authority.
