Agency Term. 1. The term of the agent of this contract is permanent. From the date of the bookmarking of this agreement, the term of the agent is permanent unless one party breaches the contract or the parties cancel the contract in writing or encounters force majeure.
Agency Term. The term during which Distributor shall serve as sales agent pursuant to Section 2.1 above (the "Agency Term") began on the Effective Date. Unless earlier cancelled or terminated as herein provided, the Agency Term will expire on the first anniversary of the beginning of the Agency Term. The Agency Term automatically will be renewed for successive one-year periods thereafter unless either Argo-Tech or Distributor shall have delivered to the other written notice of its intention not to renew the Agency Term. A notice of non-renewal of the Agency Term must be given at least one (1) year prior to the date on which the Agency Term otherwise would be renewed. The expiration of the Agency Term without renewal shall not affect the continuation of the Distribution Term, and a notice of non-renewal of the Agency Term shall not, of itself, constitute a notice of termination of the Distribution Term.

Agency Term. 8 Immediately upon the failure of the principal ATOL holder, the agent will provide the CAA with information on: (a) money paid to it by consumers, in respect of services to be provided for future travel by the principal ATOL holder to consumers; and (b) the ATOL Certificate unique reference numbers issued by that agent which apply to that failed ATOL holder, in a form acceptable to the CAA.
Agency Term. 9 The rights of the CAA and the Trustees of the Air Travel Trust to enforce any obligations under this agreement on either party are not excluded. For the avoidance of doubt, they may be enforced by the CAA and the Trustees of the Air Travel Trust.

  • Primary Term The Primary Term for each item of the Equipment shall commence on the Lease Commencement Date provided for by the Rental Schedule for such Equipment, and unless sooner terminated pursuant to the provisions of this Lease, shall be for the number of calendar months set forth in such Rental Schedule, plus the number of days remaining in any partial calendar month if the Lease Commencement Date occurs on other than the first day of a month. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the provisions of this Master Lease on indemnification of Lessor by Lessee shall apply between Lessor and Lessee with respect to any Equipment from the time that any order for the Equipment is placed by Lessor.

  • Original Term The weighted average original term for the Receivables is at least 65 months.

  • Renewal Term If not sooner terminated, this Agreement shall renew at the end of the Initial Term and shall thereafter continue for successive annual periods, provided such continuance is specifically approved at least annually (i) by the Fund’s Board of Trustees or (ii) by a vote of a majority of the outstanding voting securities of the relevant portfolio of the Fund, provided that in either event the continuance is also approved by the majority of the Trustees of the Fund who are not interested persons (as defined in the 0000 Xxx) of any party to this Agreement by vote cast in person at a meeting called for the purpose of voting on such approval. If a plan under Rule 12b-1 of the 1940 Act is in effect, continuance of the plan and this Agreement must be approved at least annually by a majority of the Trustees of the Fund who are not interested persons (as defined in the 0000 Xxx) and have no financial interest in the operation of such plan or in any agreements related to such plan, cast in person at a meeting called for the purpose of voting on such approval.

  • Base Term Commencing on the Expansion Premises Commencement Date, the defined term “Base Term” on page 1 of the Lease is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

  • Dpa Term Paragraph 4 on page 1 of the DPA setting a three-year term for the DPA shall be deleted, and the following shall be inserted in lieu thereof: “This DPA shall be effective upon the date of signature by Finalsite and XXX. and shall remain in effect as between Finalsite and LEA 1) for so long as the Services are being provided to LEA or 2) until the DPA is terminated pursuant to Section 15 of this Exhibit G, whichever comes first. ”

  • Payment Term 6.1 With the acceptance of the offer by receiving the Confirmation Email the Lender must pay in the entire loan amount to the Escrow-Account within seven days as laid out in described in the Confirmation Email. The transfer can be made using all the payment methods offered by the platform, including: bank transfer, SEPA direct debit, credit card (up to a maximum of EUR 1,500), SOFORT and use of funds already available on the Investor Wallet. 6.2 If the lender does not comply with his obligation to pay within seven days, the loan agreement expires automatically, without the need for a separate termination by the borrower. 6.3 The offer is not complete and effective until the complete loan amount has been paid into the Escrow-Account as published on the platform. The transfer may be carried out by any of the payment methods offered by the Platform, such as bank transfer, SEPA Direct Debit, credit aard (up to EUR 1,500 maximum), SOFORT and use of funds already available on the Investor Wallet.

  • CONTRACT RENEWAL PERIOD FURNITURE ADDITIONS/DELETIONS: Contractors wishing to make furniture additions/changes to their contract during the contract period should be aware of the following additions/changes will be allowed only once during a contract period. No changes to discount percentages are allowed during this contract period. Additions/changes must be submitted during the contract renewal period. When requesting additions and/or changes; contractor shall submit a request either by letter or via email which shall include a list of all items being proposed for addition and/or change. Contractor shall submit all required documents supporting any new items. Product literature for all new items shall also be submitted with the request. Contractor is responsible for submitting a complete name, address, email address, phone and fax numbers when a new dealer is added.

  • Initial Term The initial term will begin on the date set forth in the Contract documents or on the date the Contract is signed by all Parties, whichever is later.

  • AGREEMENT PERIOD The terms of this Agreement and the performance of the parties hereto shall commence, or be deemed to have commenced, the 1st day of January 2020 and will continue through the 31st day of December 2020, both dates inclusive, unless sooner terminated or extended as provided for herein.

  • Delivery Term The period for which prices for All-Requirements Power Supply have been established, as set forth in Exhibit A.
