Agent’s Office. Agent’s Office. The Agent acts initially through the New York office of LTCB Trust Company, but may hereafter change the office at which it performs its functions as Agent to any other office of itself or any of its affiliates (including, without limitation, to any office of LTCB) by giving prompt subsequent notice to the Company and the Banks.
Agent’s Office. Owner will provide to, and maintain for, at no cost to Agent, (a) sufficient Agent office space and other space at the Property reasonably acceptable to Owner and Agent for the conduct of Agent's leasing and management services hereunder, and (b) all office machines, furniture, equipment, computers, cabling and supplies of all types and kinds which are reasonably required by Agent in order properly to perform its duties hereunder. Such space will be used solely by employees performing responsibilities under this Agreement. Owner will bear all reasonable costs of operating the space provided to Agent hereunder.
Agent’s Office. Agent shall maintain an office for reasonable service to customers and the public.
