MAINTAINING ORDER. The organisers are entitled, without any legal intervention, to take one or more of the following steps and measures, if necessary at the expense of the participant, against any participant who acts contrary to any of the provisions of this agreement or the participation conditions or who fails to comply with any instruction issued by or on behalf of the organisers:

If the candidate becomes unruly in his/her behavior and is disturbing other test candidates taking the test, the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ should approach the candidate and advise he/she stop, or you will have to leave the testing area. Consequences for the misbehavior should be consistent with the school or organizations policies.
MAINTAINING ORDER. In the classroom, faculty members shall be responsible for the maintenance of good order and the observance of College regulations. Faculty members shall prepare for their classes and conduct them in an appropriately professional manner. They shall meet classes on time, hold classes for the full period, and evaluate academic performance fairly and reasonably.

The organizers are entitled, without legal intervention, to take one or more of the following steps or measures against a participant, staff working for him or under his orders, or the holders of exhibitors badges or stand building tickets issued to him who act contrary to any of the provisions of this agreement or the conditions of participation or who fail to comply with any instruction issued by or on behalf of the organizers, if need be at the expense of the participant:
MAINTAINING ORDER. 1. The organization is authorized to act against a participant, his personnel, persons who work for him or on his behalf and holders of service and participant cards issued to him, who act in violation of any provision of these regulations or a person who has not follow the instructions given, or are guilty of theft, without judicial intervention to take one or more of the following provisions and measures, if necessary at the expense of the participant:
a. To have service and participant cards issued to him revoked and to deny the person (s) concerned access to the fair.
b. to have his stand closed or to have his stand vacated in whole or in part and to dispose of the vacant or unoccupied space
c. to keep and store the exhibited goods, as well as everything that has been built up or applied by the participant, all this at the expense and risk of the participant, without the participant being entitled to any refund of amounts already paid or to compensation for damage, in whatever form or from whatever cause it may have been suffered and without prejudice to his obligations towards the organization.
2. The organization always reports theft to the appropriate and competent authorities.
3. EUROSPOOR reserves the right to deny anyone access to the exhibition building(s) and site(s) if necessary, without stating reasons, without prejudice to its authority to take further measures.

The organizers are entitled, without legal intervention, to take one or more of the following steps or measures against a participant, staff working for him or under his orders, or the holders of exhibitors badges or stand building tickets issued to him who act contrary to any of the provisions of this agreement or the conditions of participation or who fail to comply with any instruction issued by or on behalf of the organizers, if need be at the expense of the participant:
a. withdraw the exhibitor’s badges or stand building tickets which were issued to him and immediately deny the party or parties involved access to the event or the trade show complex;
b. either close or vacate his stand, completely or partially, and take possession of the space which becomes available or remains unoccupied;
c. retain and store the exhibited goods, as well as anything built up or installed by the participant, all at the expense and risk of the participant, without giving him a claim for any form of reimbursement of amounts he may already have paid or for compensation for damages, in whatever form and for whatever reason they may have been suffered, and without relieving him of the obligations which he has accepted towards the organizers;
d. exclude the participant concerned from participation in any events to be organized in the future.

Testing Environment – The Career Essentials Assessments may be offered on any computer that meets the minimum technical and security requirements. The computer must be located in a computer lab or other appropriate testing location that provides for monitoring by the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, reasonable shielding from others, freedom from distractions, and comfort for the examinee. Accommodations - Students with special needs (i.e. students with Individual Education Plans) may receive reasonable accommodations for their special needs provided that those accommodations do not compromise assessment integrity.
