AGREEMENTS WITH EMPLOYEES AND SUBCONTRACTORS Grantee shall have written, binding agreements with its employees and subcontractors that include provisions sufficient to give effect to and enable Grantee’s compliance with Grantee’s obligations under this Article VI.
Extended Health Care Plan The Employer shall pay the monthly premium for regular employees entitled to coverage under a mutually acceptable extended health care plan.
Commencement of Bargaining Where a party to this agreement has given notice under Clause 32.2 (Notice to Bargain), the parties will, within 14 days after the notice was given, commence collective bargaining.
Non-Interference with Employees Through employment and thereafter through the Restricted Period, Employee will not, either directly or indirectly, alone or in conjunction with any other person or Entity: actively recruit, solicit, attempt to solicit, induce or attempt to induce any person who is an exempt employee of the Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates (or has been within the last 6 months) to leave or cease such employment for any reason whatsoever;
Month Employees TWELVE (12) MONTH EMPLOYEES WHO HAVE COMPLETED ONE (1) YEAR OF CONTINUOUS SERVICE AND WHO HAVE ACCUMULATED TWENTY-FOUR (24) DAYS OF SICK LEAVE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY ENROLLED IN THE USLB. Employees meeting the eligibility requirements will be assessed a contribution when enrolled. The initial assessment and subsequent employee contributions will be based upon the needs of the USLB as determined by its governing committee.
Extended Health Care Benefits The City will provide for all employees by contract through an insurer selected by the City an Extended Health Care Plan which will provide extended health care benefits. The City shall pay one hundred per cent (100%) of the premiums, which will include any premiums payable under The Health Insurance Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended.
Extended Health Care The Hospital shall contribute on behalf of each eligible employee seventy-five percent (75%) of the billed premium under the Extended Health Care Plan (Liberty Health $15-25 deductible plan including hearing aids with a maximum of $300.00 per person and vision care with a maximum of $150.00 every 24 months per person, or its equivalent) provided the balance of the monthly premium is paid by employees through payroll deduction. Any Hospital currently paying more than 75% of the premium shall continue to do so. The drug formulary shall be as defined by Liberty Health Formulary Three.

Employment with Subsidiaries Employment with the Company for purposes of this Agreement shall include employment with any Subsidiary.
Normal Commercial Relations Anything contained in this Indenture to the contrary notwithstanding, the Loan Trustee, any Noteholder or any other party to any of the Operative Documents or the Pass Through Documents or any of their affiliates may conduct any banking or other financial transactions, and have banking or other commercial relationships, with the Company, fully to the same extent as if this Indenture were not in effect, including without limitation the making of loans or other extensions of credit to the Company for any purpose whatsoever, whether related to any of the transactions contemplated hereby or otherwise.
