Month Employees. The District will provide a substitute for each Provider Employee, as needed. Month Employees. The work year for twelve (12) month employees shall be twelve (12) months (52 weeks) per year, subject to earned vacation and holidays as prescribed by this Agreement. A full-time employee, as used in this Agreement, shall mean an employee in this bargaining unit who is assigned to a position scheduled for twelve months per year and eight hours per day. A part-time employee, as used in this Agreement, shall mean an employee in this bargaining unit who is assigned to a position scheduled for either less than twelve months per year or less than eight hours per day (or both).
Month Employees. The work year for 12-month employees shall be twelve (12) months, fifty-two (52) weeks. Subd, 2. Less Than 12-Month Employees: The work year for less than 12-month employees shall be as prescribed by the School District. In the event of extension by the School District of the work year for less than 12-month employees, such employees shall be paid their basic rate of pay.

  • Protected Employees means employees of the Company who were employed by the Company at any time within six (6) months prior to the Determination Date.

  • Temporary Employees means those employees hired to replace regular employees absent due to illness, accident, vacation, leave of absence, etc., or hired to perform work on projects or assignments of limited duration. The employment of temporary employees hired to perform work on projects or assignments of limited duration shall be limited to a period of ninety (90) days of work in any twelve (12) month period, commencing from the date of hire or commencement of employment in such period. The period of employment for temporary employees hired for all other purposes shall be limited to twelve (12) months. A project or assignment of limited duration shall not exceed eighteen (18) weeks’ duration in any twelve (12) month period. Any projects or assignments of limited duration in excess of that provided for herein will be posted.
