Extended Health Care. To continue as per Article 13.02 and 13.03 (with the exclusion of out of province travel) of the collective agreement.
Extended Health Care. PLAN: Eligible expenses are covered at 100%. Eligible expenses include the usual major medical supplies and appliances not covered by the Provincial Medical Plan or any other government plan, including WSIB. THERE IS NO COVERAGE FOR SEMI-PRIVATE HOSPITALIZATION IN CANADA. The dispensing fee portion of the cost of an eligible drug is reimbursed to a maximum of $8.00 per prescription. Extended Health Care. All permanent employees and temporary employees with twelve (12) months of continuous service with the City, and their dependents shall be eligible to participate. The City shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the required premium. The plan shall pay ninety percent (90%) of prescription drugs plus provide vision care.
