Aids/Aids Virus - Presumption of Disability. The disability of a member of the Department as a result of contracting AIDS/Aids Virus, shall be presumed to be a job-related disability unless a non-job related cause is established by the City, provided the member of the Department satisfies all of the following conditions precedent:
