Medical Expenses for Members Family. Subject to the approval of the Chief, the City agrees to pay for all expenses for inoculation or immunization shots for the family of a member residing in his/her household when such becomes necessary as a result of said member's exposure to contagious diseases where said exposure to said diseases occurred in the line of duty.

Employees exposed to hazardous physical, biological, or chemical agents shall be provided, at no cost to the employee, with medical examinations or evaluations required by VOSHA regulations.
