The report will focus on barriers impeding Euro-Mediterranean partnership, possible solutions, as well as the importance of fostering and expanding partnership and collaboration in the Euro- Mediterranean area.

Aim of the Report. The aim of this report is to present landslide susceptibility models and maps prepared for in different physiographical and environmental setting, using deterministic and statistical modelling procedures. The influence of land use change on landslide spatial occurrence was evaluated for a small catchment (Briga catchment, Xxxxxxx province, Italy) exploiting multivariate statistical analysis.

  • Implementation of the Report 1. The Panel report shall be final and binding on the disputing Parties. 2. If the report issued by the Panel determines that a Party has not conformed with its obligations under this Agreement, the Party complained against shall eliminate the non- conformity. 3. The Party complained against shall comply with the recommendation of the Panel promptly or, if not practicable, within a reasonable period of time. The Parties shall agree on reasonable period of time within 30 days of the notification of the report of the Panel. In any case, such reasonable period of time shall not exceed 300 calendar days after the release of the report.

  • POST PUBLIC AUCTION 5.1. Any E-Bidders who successfully bids for the Property shall and undertake to sign the Memorandum of Sale and pay the difference between 10% of the purchase price and the deposit paid under clause 3.5 above (“differential sum”) at the office of the Auctioneer within same day from the date of auction, failing which the deposit paid will be forfeited to the Assignee Bank and sale will be deemed cancelled/terminated and the property may be put up for subsequent auction without further notice to the said E-Bidders.   • CONTRACT SALES ACTIVITY REPORT Each calendar quarter, Vendor must provide a contract sales activity report (Report) to the Sourcewell Contract Administrator assigned to this Contract. A Report must be provided regardless of the number or amount of sales during that quarter (i.e., if there are no sales, Vendor must submit a report indicating no sales were made). The Report must contain the following fields: • Customer Name (e.g., City of Staples Highway Department); • Customer Physical Street Address; • Customer City; • Customer State/Province; • Customer Zip Code; • Customer Contact Name; • Customer Contact Email Address; • Customer Contact Telephone Number; • Sourcewell Assigned Entity/Participating Entity Number; • Item Purchased Description; • Item Purchased Price; • Sourcewell Administrative Fee Applied; and • Date Purchase was invoiced/sale was recognized as revenue by Vendor.

  • Final Report The Recipient shall Prepare a Final Report for this Agreement in accordance with the approved Final Report Outline, Style Manual, and Final Report Template provided by the CAM with the following considerations: o Ensure that the report includes the following items, in the following order:  Cover page (required)  Credits page on the reverse side of cover with legal disclaimer (required)  Acknowledgements page (optional)  Preface (required)  Abstract, keywords, and citation page (required)  Table of Contents (required, followed by List of Figures and List of Tables, if needed)  Executive summary (required)  Body of the report (required)  References (if applicable)  Glossary/Acronyms (If more than 10 acronyms or abbreviations are used, it is required.)  Bibliography (if applicable)  Appendices (if applicable) (Create a separate volume if very large.)  Attachments (if applicable) o Ensure that the document is written in the third person. o Ensure that the Executive Summary is understandable to the lay public.  Briefly summarize the completed work. Succinctly describe the project results and whether or not the project goals were accomplished.  Identify which specific ratepayers can benefit from the project results and how they can achieve the benefits.  If it’s necessary to use a technical term in the Executive Summary, provide a brief definition or explanation when the technical term is first used.

  • Adverse Report (a) The Employer shall notify an employee of any dissatisfaction concerning his/her work within ten (10) calendar days of the Employer's becoming aware of the matter giving rise to the dissatisfaction. This notification shall include particulars of work performance which led to such dissatisfaction. If this procedure is not followed, such expression of dissatisfaction shall not become part of his/her record for use against him/her at any time. The employee's written reply to such notification of dissatisfaction shall become part of his/her record.
