Barriers Restricting Mobility & Possible Solutions. There is a clear relation among the frequency of international collaboration on R&I and mobility abroad for working purposes: 72% of the European researchers working outside the Members States or having some form of research collaboration can be attributed to prior mobility experiences. A similar outcome applies to the non-European researchers who had previously worked in the EU countries, as reported in many studies of groups of experts committed by European Commission (EC).1These findings are enough to demonstrate the importance and impact mobility has on future international collaboration. However, just as there are barriers restricting regional cooperation, there are also some barriers restricting researcher and student mobility between MPC and EU Member States.   • Minimum Vendor License Requirements Vendor shall maintain, in current status, all federal, state, and local licenses, bonds and permits required for the operation of the business conducted by Vendor. Vendor shall remain fully informed of and in compliance with all ordinances and regulations pertaining to the lawful provision of goods or services under the TIPS Agreement.
