Common use of AIR OPERATION EMPLOYEES Clause in Contracts

AIR OPERATION EMPLOYEES. Employees involved in Next Day Air Operations shall be covered under the same conditions as all other employees, both full-time and part-time, with the following exceptions: (1) The Employer shall notify Next Day Air employees at least one (1) hour ahead of normal starting time. In the event, subsequent to the first notification of change of starting time, if another change is necessary, the Next Day Air employees starting time for pay pur- poses shall be that of initial changed starting time, except for in- xxxxxxx weather conditions.
