Airbus Spares Support and Services. 1.4.1 The Seller has established its spares headquarters in Hamburg, Germany (the “Airbus Spares Center”) as well as a US store known as the ANACS Spares Center located in the United States of America (“ANACS Spares Center”) and shall, during the Term, maintain, or have maintained on its behalf, a central store of Seller Parts.
