Airspace Lease Areas Sample Clauses

Airspace Lease Areas. Airspace lease areas are not required for this project. Due to the proximity of the project to Brown Field Airport, an Obstruction Evaluation/Airport Airspace Analysis (OE/AAA) is required by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Any construction or alteration within 20,000 feet of a public use or military use airport exceeding a 100:1 surface from any point on the runway requires the FAA be notified of the project. This coordination typically occurs in the PS&E phase of a project, as project details are not defined in earlier phases. General features of the project have been identified and submitted in February of 2010 to the FAA via their web site. xxxx://xxxxx.xxx.xxx/oeaaa/external/portal.jsp
