The Employer and Union also recognizes drug abuse as a potential health, safety and security problem. The Employer and Union agree to work together whenever necessary to assist Employees who may have an alcohol or drug dependency problem. Employees needing help in dealing with such problems are encouraged to use the Employer’s Employee Assistance Program.
