Common use of Alcohol, Drugs, Food and Smoking Clause in Contracts

Alcohol, Drugs, Food and Smoking. Landlord reserves the right to exclude or expel from the Property any person who, in the judgment of Landlord, is intoxicated or under the influence of liquor or drugs, or who shall in any manner do any act in violation of any of these Rules. Tenant shall not at any time manufacture, sell, use or give away, any spirituous, fermented, intoxicating or alcoholic liquors on the Premises, nor permit any of the same to occur. Tenant and its employees shall not smoke tobacco on any part of the Property (including exterior areas) except those areas, if any, that are designated or approved as smoking areas by Landlord.
