Alcoholic Beverages or Other Drugs. Alcoholic beverages, or other drugs which affect an employee's ability to drive or function safely, shall not be used by employees during their assigned regular workday, nor while on assigned standby duty.

  • REBATES, KICKBACKS OR OTHER UNLAWFUL CONSIDERATION The CONSULTANT warrants that this Agreement was not obtained or secured through rebates, kickbacks, or other unlawful consideration, either promised or paid to any COMMISSION employee. For breach or violation of this warranty, COMMISSION shall have the right in its discretion; to terminate the Agreement without liability; to pay only for the value of the work actually performed; or to deduct from the contract price; or otherwise recover the full amount of such rebate, kickback or other unlawful consideration.

  • Beverages a. A $12/person minimum bar spend is imposed for all events, based on the Original or Final Guest Count, whichever is greater. Bar minimums are compulsory and can be met through cash bar, hosted bar or a combination of both. Minimum bar spend does not include Beverage Service Fees or Sales Tax.

  • Medications Psychotropic medications and medications associated with treating a diagnosed mental health condition.

  • Interaction with Other Leaves Paid parental leave will run concurrently with any unpaid leave(s) that parents may be entitled to under other provisions of this Agreement or provided by law. Employees shall not receive other types of paid leave provided by this Agreement (e.g., sick, vacation, compensatory time) for hours for which they are receiving PPL.

  • Interaction with Other Leave Entitlements (a) An employee proceeding on unpaid Maternity Leave may elect to substitute any part of that leave with accrued annual and/or accrued long service leave.
