All Other Than Full-Time Employees. i) Who do not work on a Statutory Holiday shall receive time off with pay in lieu of Statutory Holiday pay calculated on the basis of the following formula, whichever is the greater to a maximum of eight (8) hours: If the employee has been paid at least two (2) of the four (4) previous days of the same name as the day that the holiday falls on, Statutory Holiday pay for the average number of hours paid on those days; OR Number of Paid Hours In the Immediately Preceding X Normal Full-Time Four (4) Week Period Hours Per Day 149.3 X Employee's Hourly = Statutory Rate of Pay Holiday Pay
