All Overtime Voluntary. Overtime will be voluntary except in the event of an unforeseen or emergency situation where overtime shall be offered in order of seniority. Where there are not enough overtime volunteers, the Company may assign the overtime to the most junior employees to cover the work, and the assigned employees shall be required to perform the work. Overtime shall be distributed on a rotation basis by using the seniority list and shall be handed out on a 1st come basis.
