  • Tax Examinations Abroad 1. A Contracting Party may allow representatives of the competent authority of the other Contracting Party to enter the territory of the first-mentioned Party to interview individuals and examine records with the written consent of the persons concerned. The competent authority of the second-mentioned Party shall notify the competent authority of the first-mentioned Party of the time and place of the meeting with the individuals concerned.

  • Accurate and Timely Contract Information Vendor warrants and represents that the website information specified in the above paragraph will be accurately and completely posted, maintained and displayed in an objective and timely manner. Vendor, at its own expense, shall correct any non- conforming or inaccurate information posted at Vendor’s website within ten (10) business days after written notification by DIR.

  • Industrial Operations Analyst (IOA ‌ The IOA is a GSA Government official who audits Contractor records and conducts Contractor Assistance Visits (CAVs) to the Contractor’s place of business to assist the Contractor with task order reporting, Contract Access Fee (CAF) management, and other general contract administration functions deemed necessary by the Government.
