All Teachers. A minimum of two (2) and maximum of four (4) walkthrough observations and at least two (2) classroom observations which shall be made according to the following schedule: 1. A minimum of 14 school days between the first observation and second. 2. Thirty (30) minute observations include a pre- observation conference and post observation conference.
