Common use of Allocation to Salary Grades Clause in Contracts

Allocation to Salary Grades. 3.051 A Supervisor I continuing from the preceding school year in the same job class or assigned to another job class in the same salary grade will be paid at the next higher step in the salary grade in accordance with the guidelines in Section 3.04. Employees so assigned during the fiscal year will be paid at the same rate in the new job class.
