Ratification and Implementation. Representatives of management for the City of Long Beach and representatives of the Union have met on a number of occasions and have conferred in good faith exchanging proposals concerning wages, hours, fringe benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment of employee members represented by the Union. The management representatives and the representatives of the Union have reached an understanding which was ratified by the Union membership. This MOU constitutes a mutual recommendation to be jointly submitted to the City Council for adoption. After the City Council acts, by majority vote, to formally approve this MOU, the City Council shall enact the necessary amendments to all City ordinances including the Personnel Ordinance and the Salary Resolution consistent with this MOU. The Union shall be provided copies of all proposed amendments to all applicable City ordinances including the Personnel Ordinance and the Salary Resolution prior to submission to the City Council for enactment.
Ratification and Implementation. By signing this MOU, IBEW 1245 represents that its members have ratified the MOU and that IBEW 1245 jointly recommends the MOU to the City Council for determination, consideration and adoption. By signing this MOU, the City designated negotiation team and the City Manager represent that they jointly recommend the MOU to the City Council for determination, consideration and adoption.
Ratification and Implementation. When AASD and the District reach tentative agreement on all matters being negotiated, the complete Agreement shall be submitted to the membership of AASD and to the Board of Education for ratification. When the membership of AASD and the Board of Education have ratified the Agreement, it shall be implemented in accordance with its terms.

The City and the Association acknowledge that this Memorandum of Understanding shall not be in full force and effect until ratified by a simple majority vote of those employees voting who are in classifications represented by the Association set forth in this agreement and adopted in the form of a resolution by the City Council.

Nothing contained in the MOU shall become binding upon the parties until such time as the City Council, by legislative enactment and allocation of funds, agrees and adopts its terms and conditions. This mutual recommendation is to be jointly submitted to the City Council for consideration and adoption of the necessary legislative enactments to implement the provisions of this MOU. The Association shall be provided copies of all proposed amendments to all City ordinances, including the Personnel Ordinance and the Salary Resolution, prior to submission to the City Council for enactment.
Ratification and Implementation. 6 Ratification and implementation of Agreement
(1) The Agreement is ratified and takes effect as if it had been enacted in this Act.
(2) The Minister administering this Act, the Treasurer and the Commission are authorised and required to do all things necessary to implement and give full effect to the Agreement and the other Transaction Documents within the meaning of the Agreement.
(3) A reference in clause 24.1 of the Agreement to the Gaming Machine Control Act 1991, the Lotteries Gaming and Betting Act 1966, the Tattersall Consultations Act 1958 or the Club Keno Act 1993 must, so far as it relates to any period on or after the commencement of section
12.2.1 of the Gambling Regulation Act 2003, be construed as a reference to the Gambling Regulation Act 2003.
(1) The first Deed of Variation is ratified and takes effect as if it had been enacted in this Act.
(2) The Agreement is amended as provided in the first Deed of Variation.
(1) The second Deed of Variation is ratified and takes effect as if it had been enacted in this Act.
(2) The Agreement is amended as provided in the second Deed of Variation.
Ratification and Implementation. The parties agree that to give effect to any payment by Canada of Entitlement Monies to the Trust Account, this Agreement must first be executed by the Chief and Councillors of the Band (on behalf of the Band and all Members of the Band) and the Trust Agreement, in a form satisfactory to Canada, executed by all the parties thereto, be ratified in accordance with the provisions of this Article, and this Agreement be delivered to Canada for execution. Provided, however, no payment of Entitlement Monies by Canada shall be made unless a duly executed Band Council Resolution, an executed original copy of this Agreement and an original executed Trust Agreement have been delivered by the Band to Canada on the Execution Date and following the acceptance and ratification thereof, as evidenced by an affirmative vote of the majority of the Members on the Band eligible to vote, with such ratification vote to be conducted in accordance with the procedures set out in the Ratification Vote Guidelines and Procedures.
Ratification and Implementation. The REOs agree to use their best efforts to obtain ratification of this document. The REOs agree to submit this document to the jurisdictions within their purview and to use their best efforts to obtain its timely implementation. A jurisdiction in the process of implementing the provisions of this document may indicate this in a letter of intent to the appropriate national section of the Free Trade Commission Secretariat. The REOs agree to provide to each national section of the Free Trade Commission Secretariat a regularly updated list of jurisdictions that have implemented or executed a letter of intent to implement the provisions. Schedule A shall be the list of such jurisdictions. The provisions of this document will apply to jurisdictions listed on Schedule A who have implemented or taking the necessary steps to implement them. Applicants from jurisdictions listed on Schedule A will be accorded the treatment set forth herein.
Ratification and Implementation. Upon approval and adoption by the City Council, this MOU shall remain in effect until midnight June 30, 2021.
