Alteration of Annual Hours. In the event that the number of annualised ordinary hours for which the employee is engaged are altered by agreement then the University and the Annualised Hours Employee shall ensure that from the date such change takes effect, appropriate reconciliation arrangements in respect of pay and hours have been made.

  • REGULAR WORK YEAR 1. The annual salary established for employees covered by this Collective Agreement shall be payable in respect of the employees’ regular work year. The regular work year shall be the regular school year as established by the Board and shall not exceed one hundred and ninety-five (195) days in session per school year.
