Alteration to Change Order Language. Contractor shall not alter or reserve time in COR’s, CO’s or ICD’s. Contractor shall execute finalized CO’s and proceed under Paragraph 7.7.7 and Paragraph 4.6 with proper notice. If Contractor intends to reserve time without an approved CPM schedule prepared pursuant to Article 8 or without submitting a schedule fragnet showing delay to critical path, then Contractor may be prosecuted pursuant to the False Claim Act.
