  • Authority to Enter into Contract The Contractor represents and warrants that it has full authority to enter into the Contract and that it has not granted and will not grant any right or interest to any person or entity that might derogate, encumber or interfere with the rights granted to the State and the State Entity.

  • Contract Signature If the Original Form of Contract is not returned to the Contract Officer (as identified in Section 4) duly completed, signed and dated on behalf of the Supplier within 30 days of the date of signature on behalf of DFID, DFID will be entitled, at its sole discretion, to declare this Contract void.   • EXPENSES PRIOR TO CONTRACT EXECUTION The Commissioner and any Authorized User(s) are not liable for any costs incurred by a Vendor, Bidder or Contractor in the preparation and production of a Bid, Mini-Bid, cost proposal revision, or for any work performed prior to Contract execution.

  • Reference to Contract The contract number MUST appear on all invoices, packing lists, packages, and correspondence pertaining to the contract. If the number is not provided, the Department is not obligated to pay the invoice.

  • Liability for Use of Equipment City shall not be liable for any damage to persons or property as a result of the use, misuse or failure of any equipment used by Contractor, or any of its subcontractors, or by any of their employees, even though such equipment is furnished, rented or loaned by City.

  • Cooperation in international fora The Parties shall endeavour to cooperate in all international fora where issues relevant to this partnership are discussed.
