Alternate Funding Sources. Prior to adding the cost of any Capital Project to any Annual Contribution in accordance with subsection (c) or (d) of this Section 6.3, the Lessee shall use its best efforts to obtain any available federal funding and to utilize PFCs to the extent such funding sources are available, and [AIRLINE] shall, at no expense, cooperate in such efforts in accordance with customary practice in the Air Transportation Business.
Alternate Funding Sources. The City agrees to support Vintage’s efforts to secure other non-City funding sources for the Xxxxxx Underpass Improvements, but only to the extent that such funding sources do not trigger Federal procurement processes or construction related processes. Vintage agrees that it will not pursue funding sources that “Federalize” the City Transportation Improvements.
Alternate Funding Sources. The Parties may secure contributions of grant funding, state, federal, or county funding as funding or a portion of funding for projects between the Parties.
Alternate Funding Sources. It is the intent of the parties to maximize the leverage of Authority funds by making every effort to secure sources of non-local subsidies for each Project, including funds available as grants and federal credits and rebates for energy efficient appliances to be installed at each Project in accordance with the Scope of Development and the approved Development Plans.
