Alternative G2 Impacts. This alternative would be a continuation of the current mode of access, ferry service. • No residential areas would be directly affected by this alternative. • Travel patterns would be changed by this alternative. People coming from south of the existing ferry terminal would have to travel farther north to access the new ferry terminal; however the current ferry will still be in operation and available for use. For residents living north of town, this ferry terminal would be closer than the existing ferry. For most pedestrians/bicyclists, access to recreational land on Gravina would be similar to current access. • Because of the roadway loop on Xxxxxxx Island to approach the airport terminal, airport users would probably continue to use the existing ferry service, and the new ferry route would be used mostly to access the development land. • This alternative would improve access to Xxxxxxx Island because the schedule would complement the existing ferry service and a ferry would therefore be available more frequently from one ferry terminal or the other. • Accessibility to public would improve with the additional ferry service; it would be easier for residents of Xxxxxxx Island to get to Revillagigedo Island for necessary medical services, and it would be easier for emergency personnel to get to Xxxxxxx Island with an additional ferry, but access (as with the existing ferry) would still be unavailable during non-operating hours.

  • Alternate Facilities If under Purchaser’s Operating Schedule, roads needed for the removal of Included Timber differ substantially from Specified Roads, other roads may be added to A7. Contracting Officer shall assure that road routing, location, design, and needed easements will make such other roads acceptable as parts of the National Forest transportation facilities. Purchaser shall provide survey, design, and construction staking for such other roads. Based on design quantities from such engineering, Forest Service shall estimate Specified Road construction costs of alternate facilities, using methods consistent with those used in the original computation of the Schedule of Items. If Specified Road construction costs for acceptable alternate facilities are less than the estimated costs of facilities listed in the original Schedule of Items that Purchaser does not construct, Timber Sale Account shall be adjusted by Forest Service to reflect the reduction in costs. In event of rate redetermination under B3.3, such allowed costs shall be the redetermined estimated costs of facilities listed in the original Schedule of Items that Purchaser does not construct.

  • Loss Mitigation and Consideration of Alternatives (i) For each Single Family Shared-Loss Loan in default or for which a default is reasonably foreseeable, the Assuming Institution shall undertake reasonable and customary loss mitigation efforts, in accordance with any of the following programs selected by Assuming Institution in its sole discretion, Exhibit 5 (FDIC Mortgage Loan Modification Program), the United States Treasury's Home Affordable Modification Program Guidelines or any other modification program approved by the United States Treasury Department, the Corporation, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System or any other governmental agency (it being understood that the Assuming Institution can select different programs for the various Single Family Shared-Loss Loans) (such program chosen, the “Modification Guidelines”). After selecting the applicable Modification Guideline for each such Single Family Shared-Loss Loan, the Assuming Institution shall document its consideration of foreclosure, loan restructuring under the applicable Modification Guideline chosen, and short-sale (if short-sale is a viable option) alternatives and shall select the alternative the Assuming Institution believes, based on its estimated calculations, will result in the least Loss. If unemployment or underemployment is the primary cause for default or for which a default is reasonably foreseeable, the Assuming Institution may consider the borrower for a temporary forbearance plan which reduces the loan payment to an affordable level for at least six (6) months.

  • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where InterGlobe has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the End User and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to InterGlobe.
