Development Land definition

Development Land means any vacant land suitable for development as a Project.
Development Land means land wherever situated (regardless of its zoning or its status under the Planning and Development Acts 2000 to 2007 or any other enactment or applicable law)—
Development Land means Approved Land on which the construction of Improvements has been commenced and is in process.

  • Further, the Developer shall ensure that for the duration commencing from the time when the Station Development Land and the Redevelopment Land is handed over to the Developer by Authority (and/ or its nominee) for the purpose of the Project, and ending at the date on which same are handed back by the Developer to Authority (and/ or its nominee), the Station Development Land and the Redevelopment Land remains free of all encroachments.

More Definitions of Development Land

Development Land means any land with respect to which any Development or Subdivision is proposed.
