Alternative Schedules An employee may work an alternative work schedule with the written permission of the employee’s Department Manager. The alternative work schedule may be ended by the Department Manager and the employee’s schedule changed to a different alternative work schedule or the standard work schedule. The District may change the employees work period when an employee begins and/or ends working an alternative schedule. The alternative work schedules are listed in the table below.
Alternative Work Schedule An alternate forty (40) hour work schedule (other than five (5) uniform and consecutive eight (8) hour days in a seven (7) day period), or for hospital personnel an eighty (80) hour workweek in a fourteen (14) day period and other mutually agreed upon schedules that comply with applicable federal and state law. Employee work schedules normally include two (2) consecutive days off.
Alternative Work Schedules Alternative work schedule means an approved schedule for an Employee that deviates from the work week described in Section 1, Section 2, or a schedule that deviates from a worksite’s normal schedule. Employees who work a “shift work schedule” as part of a rotating group of individuals who must continuously maintain a 24-hour operation or facility are not eligible for an alternative work schedule.
Extended Tours/Hybrid Schedules The Employer and the Union may agree to implement extended tours or hybrid schedule (mix of extended and normal tours). For clarity, a hybrid schedule may include extended tours on weekends and normal tours during the week. The following will apply:
Hours of Work and Scheduling Provisions (b) In the event an Employee is scheduled to work on the evening or night Shift(s) on the day(s) or the night Shift commencing on the day(s) on which the Employee is called as a juror or witness in matters arising out of the Employee’s employment with the Employer, the Employee shall be granted a leave of absence for those scheduled Shift(s).
Shift Schedule The words "shift schedule" when used in this Agreement shall mean a timetable of the shifts and off days assigned to a position or group of positions which commences at the beginning of a pay period and includes one complete rotation of said shifts.
THE SECOND SCHEDULE ABOVE REFERRED TO (UNIT) All That the Residential Flat / Apartment bearing No. containing a Carpet Area of Square Feet [Built-up Area whereof being Square Feet (inclusive of the area of the balcony(ies) / verandah(s) being Square Feet more or less) and Chargeable Area being Square Feet, which is inclusive of pro rata share in the Common Areas and Installations] more or less, With the Store Room bearing No. containing a Carpet Area of Square Feet [Built-up Area whereof being Square Feet and Chargeable Area being Square Feet, which is inclusive of pro rata share in the Common Areas and Installations] more or less, both on the floor of the Block at the said Premises described in the First Schedule hereinabove written and shown in the Plan annexed hereto, duly bordered thereon in “Red”. With exclusive right to use the Open Private Terrace attached to the said Apartment, containing an area of Square Feet, and shown in the Plan annexed hereto, duly bordered thereon in “ ”. With exclusive right to use the green / garden attached to the said Apartment, containing an area of Square Feet, and shown in the Plan annexed hereto, duly bordered thereon in “ ”. With right to park motor car/s (stack Parking) in the covered space in the Ground Floor of the Building, exact location to be identified by the Promoter on or before the Deemed Date of Possession. With right to park motor car/s (stack Parking) in the open compound of the said Premises, exact location to be identified by the Promoter on or before the Deemed Date of Possession. Modification of Work Schedule When a change of work schedule is requested by an employee and approved by the Agency, all forms of penalty pay and daily overtime compensation shall be waived by the employee for the requested change in schedule, but not for work over forty (40) hours per week.

Premier and Treasurer of the State of Western Australia acting for and on behalf of the said State and instrumentalities thereof from time to time (hereinafter called “the State”) of the one part and HAMERSLEY IRON PTY. LIMITED a company incorporated under the Companies Xxx 0000 of the State of Victoria and having its registered office and principal place of business in that State at 00 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Melbourne and its registered office in the State of Western Australia at 37 Saint George’s Terrace Perth (hereinafter called “the Company” which expression will include the successors and assigns of the Company including where the context so admits the assignees and appointees of the Company under clause 20 of the agreement hereinafter referred to) of the other part.
Unit Weekend Schedule A unit weekend schedule may be developed in order to meet the Hospital’s need for weekend staff, and individual nurses’ preference for a weekend work schedule. A unit weekend schedule is defined as a schedule in which a full-time nurse works a weekly average of thirty (30) hours and is paid for 37.5 hours at her or his regular straight time hourly rate. The schedule must include two 11.25 hour tours, which fall within a weekend period as determined by the Hospital and the Association. A nurse working a weekend schedule will work every weekend except as provided for in the provisions below. If the Hospital and the Association agree to a unit weekend schedule, the introduction of that schedule and the manner in which the position(s) are filled, shall be determined by the local parties and recorded in the Appendix of Local Provisions. This unit schedule may be discontinued by either party with notice as determined within the Appendix of Local Provisions. The opportunity for an individual nurse to discontinue this schedule shall be resolved by the local parties:
