Incremental Use of Vacation Time. Vacation leave must be taken in full shift increments; Eight (8) hours for Day Employees and Twenty-Four (24) hours for Shift Employees. The use of vacation time in smaller increments may be approved in advance of use by the Fire Chief.

  • Vacation Time After the Trial Period is complete, the Employee is entitled to days off per year of which is required to be mutually benefiting of the Employer and the Employee.
