Amendment of working activities and working hours during breastfeeding Sample Clauses

Amendment of working activities and working hours during breastfeeding expressing milk Returning nursing mothers (RNM) may undertake the same ground duties as cabin crew on GDMT. RNM can decide to assist ground crew with other aspects of the boarding process at their own discretion as they will more than likely not have the same physical restrictions as during a pregnancy. Breaks for expressing milk will be a max of 1/4th of their working hours and easyJet will provide a closed room with a sofa, fridge, and lock. This will be a different room than the communal break room used by cabin crew, pilots, and M&A. Whilst on GDMT and/or RNM normal annual leave accrual continues. Therefore, National Holidays are considered to be "normal" working days. Any form of leave request must be done in advance with reasonable (at least 2 weeks prior) notice in writing to the employees' line manager. In case of sickness the employee needs to report their absence as soon as possible but at least 90 minutes before reporting for their duty by contacting both the line manager and duty manager of the ground handling team as appropriate. The employee and manager will complete the Risk Assessment New and Expectant Mothers (NAEM) as soon as the employee has notified her manager, she is pregnant. The assessment form will be reviewed every trimester or earlier if there are any changes to the employee’s work/health/medical condition related to your pregnancy.
