Amendment to the Master Development Plan. The Parties acknowledge that the Master Development Plan is intended to provide general guidance for the development of the Property and shall remain flexible for the Developer to adapt to and meet market demand during the planning and pre-Closing period, thereby facilitating the success of the Project.
