AMENDMENTS/VARIATIONS. This writing, with attachments, embodies the whole of the agreement of the parties hereto. No oral agreement shall be binding upon the parties unless expressly stated herein. Except as provided herein, any addition to or variation of the terms of this Contract shall not be valid unless made in the form of a written amendment of this Contract formally approved and executed by both parties. Amendments must be received by the County no more than sixty (60) calendar days prior to the expiration date of this Contract.
AMENDMENTS/VARIATIONS. 14.1 These Terms and Conditions herein are not exhaustive and the Bank reserves the right to add, delete, vary or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and from time to time at its sole and absolute discretion. The Cardmember hereby agrees that any such additions, deletions, variations or amendments to the Terms and Conditions shall be binding on the Cardmember and be deemed to have come to the Cardmember’s attention by them being displayed at the Bank and any of its branches or on the Bank’s website or posted to the Cardmember at his last known address or advertised by any other mode which the Bank may deem fit. Any new service that may be introduced by the Bank from time to time if advertised by the Bank through the newspaper or the Bank’s promotional items placed at the Bank’s counter shall be deemed to have been effectively and sufficiently communicated to the Cardmember.

AMENDMENTS/VARIATIONS. This Agreement represents the entire Agreement between the Owner/Landlord and OCB and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, representations or other communications between the parties hereto. Apart from fees and costs, no amendment or variation to this Agreement will have any contractual effect unless agreed by both;
a) A Director of X’Xxxxxx Xxxxxx (Oxid House) Limited
b) The Owner/Landlord of the property. OCB reserves the right to change the schedule of fees and terms of business at any time. Any amendments will be issued in writing 28 days prior to the changes coming into effect. The Owner/Landlord reserves the right to terminate the Agreement in writing with immediate effect and without penalty where a dispute relating to the change of fees cannot be resolved prior to their coming into effect
