PromoRepublic shall have the right to increase fees for Platform Services for any Renewal Term by notifying Customer in writing not later than 90 days prior to the expiration of the then-current Initial Term or Renewal Term of the Agreement, as applicable, provided that such increase does not exceed 10% of the previous amount; such new pricing shall only be effective upon renewal hereof and shall be reflected in the invoices. Except for the case set forth above, changes to the Platform Services pricing, amending the list of Platform Services and/or adjustment of payment method shall be made in writing and signed by the Parties.
