Amenities. 35.1 The minimum standards as set out in all relevant occupational health and safety legislation shall be met in the provision of amenities to employees. 35.2 Such amenities may include: (a) change rooms and lockers; (b) meal room; (c) facilities for boiling water, warming and refrigerating food and for washing and storing dining utensils; (d) rest room; (e) washing and bathing facilities; (f) sanitary conveniences; and (g) safe and secure workplace. 35.3 Sub-clauses 35.1 and 35.2 shall not apply to community care employees. 35.4 This clause does not create legal rights or obligations in addition to those imposed upon the parties by legislation referred to in this clause.
