Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are described in the SLA.
Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network or non- network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network or non-network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits. Educational Services Any service or supply for education, training or retraining services or testing including: special education, remedial education; cognitive remediation; wilderness/outdoor treatment, therapy or adventure programs (whether or not the program is part of a Residential Treatment facility or otherwise licensed institution); job training or job hardening programs; educational services and schooling or any such related or similar program including therapeutic programs within a school setting.

Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.

Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Ltd (MACS) governs the operation of MACS schools and owns, governs and operates the School.
1.2 Parents and guardians, as the first educators of their children, enter into a partnership with the Catholic school to promote and support their child’s education. Parents and guardians must assume a responsibility for maintaining this partnership by supporting the school in the provision of education to their children within the scope of School's registration and furthering the spiritual and academic life of their children.
Web Services Our Web Services are designed to enable you to easily establish a presence on the Internet. Our Web Hosting and Design is composed of our Web Hosting and Design Publishing Component and other miscellaneous components. These components may be used independently or in conjunction with each other.
Data Services In lieu of any other rates or discounts, the Customer will receive a discount equal to 20% for the following Data Services: Access: Standard VBS3Guide local loop charges for DS-0, DS-1 and DS-3 Access Service.
COVERED HEALTHCARE SERVICES This section describes covered healthcare services. This plan covers services only if they meet all of the following requirements: • Listed as a covered healthcare service in this section. The fact that a provider has prescribed or recommended a service, or that it is the only available treatment for an illness or injury does not mean it is a covered healthcare service under this plan. • Medically necessary, consistent with our medical policies and related guidelines at the time the services are provided. • Not listed in Exclusions Section. • Received while a member is enrolled in the plan. • Consistent with applicable state or federal law. We review medical necessity in accordance with our medical policies and related guidelines. Our medical policies can be found on our website. Our medical policies are written to help administer benefits for the purpose of claims payment. They are made available to you for informational purposes and are subject to change. Medical policies are not meant to be used as a guide for your medical treatment. Your medical treatment remains a decision made by you with your physician. If you have questions about our medical policies, please call Customer Service. When a new service or drug becomes available, when possible, we will review it within six (6) months of one of the events described below to determine whether the new service or drug will be covered: • the assignment of an American Medical Association (AMA) Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) code in the annual CPT publication; • final Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval; • the assignment of processing codes other than CPT codes or approval by governing or regulatory bodies other than the FDA; • submission to us of a claim meeting the criteria above; and • generally, the first date an FDA approved prescription drug is available in pharmacies (for prescription drug coverage only). During the review period, new services and drugs are not covered. For all covered healthcare services, please see the Summary of Medical Benefits and the Summary of Pharmacy Benefits to determine the amount that you pay and any benefit limits.
Verizon OSS Services 8.2.1 Upon request by ECI, Verizon shall provide to ECI Verizon OSS Services. Such Verizon OSS Services will be provided in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law.
8.2.2 Subject to the requirements of Applicable Law, Verizon Operations Support Systems, Verizon Operations Support Systems functions, Verizon OSS Facilities, Verizon OSS Information, and the Verizon OSS Services that will be offered by Verizon, shall be as determined by Verizon. Subject to the requirements of Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right to change Verizon Operations Support Systems, Verizon Operations Support Systems functions, Verizon OSS Facilities, Verizon OSS Information, and the Verizon OSS Services, from time-to-time, without the consent of ECI.
8.2.3 To the extent required by Applicable Law, in providing Verizon OSS Services to ECI, Verizon will comply with Verizon’s applicable OSS Change Management Guidelines, as such Guidelines are modified from time-to-time, including, but not limited to, the provisions of the Guidelines related to furnishing notice of changes in Verizon OSS Services. Verizon’s OSS Change Management Guidelines will be set out on a Verizon website.
