Amount of Sick Leave Conversion. at Retirement An employee, at the time of retirement from active service with the County, shall be paid one-fourth (1/4) of the value of his or her earned but unused sick leave credit. The maximum of such payment, however, shall be for two hundred eighty (280) hours.
