An AM. PM route is defined as a morning home-to-school run(s) and an afternoon school-to-home run(s). Daily routes shall be bid by bus drivers on the basis of bargaining unit seniority. For bus drivers on an approved leave of absence, the employee's original hire date will remain in effect for bid purposes.

An AM. FM/SW radio with and compact disk capability, colour television set, DVD player and with a selection of DVDs (one per day of swing) or other appropriate facilities (e.g. satellite TV) shall be provided for each Vessel as practicable.

  • Incentive ‌ Incentives are defined under FAR Subpart 16.4, Incentive Contracts, and other applicable agency-unique regulatory supplements. The OCO will determine fair and reasonable pricing for all Incentive Task Orders and develop a plan to implement and monitor an Award-Fee, Incentive-Fee, or Award-Term result in accordance with FAR 15.4, Pricing.

  • Plan The Award and all rights of the Participant under this Agreement are subject to the terms and conditions of the provisions of the Plan, incorporated herein by reference. The Participant agrees to be bound by the terms of the Plan and this Agreement. The Participant acknowledges having read and understanding the Plan, the Prospectus for the Plan, and this Agreement. Unless otherwise expressly provided in other sections of this Agreement, provisions of the Plan that confer discretionary authority on the Board or the Administrator do not (and shall not be deemed to) create any rights in the Participant unless such rights are expressly set forth herein or are otherwise in the sole discretion of the Board or the Administrator so conferred by appropriate action of the Board or the Administrator under the Plan after the date hereof.
