Dangerous Goods, Special Wastes, Pesticides and Harmful Substances Where employees are required to work with or are exposed to any dangerous good, special waste, pesticide or harmful substance, the Employer shall ensure that the employees are adequately trained in the identification, safe handling, use, storage, and/or disposal of same.
Explosives Explosives or other highly flammable substances shall not be stored on Railroad's property without the prior written approval of Railroad.
Flammable Liquids Company will not keep or store flammable liquids within any covered and enclosed portion of the Premises or Common Use Areas in excess of Company’s working requirements. Any such liquids having a flash point of less than 110 degrees Fahrenheit will be kept and stored in safety containers of a type approved by Underwriters Laboratories.
TOXIC SUBSTANCES Each Contractor furnishing a toxic substance as defined by Section 875 of the Labor Law, shall provide such Authorized User with not less than two copies of a material safety data sheet, which sheet shall include for each such substance the information outlined in Section 876 of the Labor Law. Before any chemical product is used or applied on or in any building, a copy of the product label and Material Safety Data Sheet must be provided to and approved by the Authorized User agency representative.

Loop concentration systems in the central office concentrate the signals transmitted over local loops onto a digital loop carrier system. Client Money Handling Rules 16.1. Dangerous Goods You warrant that the Goods do not include any firearms or goods which are or may become of a dangerous, corrosive, highly combustible, explosive, damaging or noxious nature nor likely to encourage any vermin or pest unless You have disclosed to Us in writing the presence and nature of any such items prior to them being made available to Us for loading or storage. We may refuse to remove or store such items. If We discover any article or substance of this nature after the Goods have been received by Us, We may take any reasonable action, including destruction or disposal, as We may think fit without incurring any liability to You.
