Passports. If travelling from outside Canada (including from the USA) you will require a passport for entry into Canada and appropriate identification (ID) for all family members. GCRC reserves the right to refuse boarding on the Rocky Mountaineer without adequate ID, similarly to airlines and cruise ships with respect to their own vessels. GCRC is not responsible for guests refused entry into Canada or the United States because of inadequate documentation. Single parents or grandparents travelling with children must ensure proper documentation is obtained for entry into Canada.

Passports. Participants who are U.S. or Canadian citizens should have a passport valid for at least six month’s past the scheduled date of departure. The average passport processing time is six weeks, so Participant is encouraged to plan in advance, or if the Mission Trip is departing in less than six weeks, use the U.S. Department of State’s Expedited Service process. A copy of Participants signed passport should be sent to FMU at least two weeks prior to scheduled departure, and another copy should be kept with Participant at all times during the trip. The name on Participant’s Passport must match Participant’s air travel documents exactly, or Participant may incur delays or additional costs. You should arrange a visit to your doctor / travel clinic to receive the latest health advice and arrange vaccinations and it is your responsibility to ensure that you have all appropriate vaccinations and medication. You should do this in good time before your departure. Please note that if you do not have the recommended vaccinations it may invalidate any related medical claim through your travel insurance. It is your responsibility to arrange and ensure that you are in possession of all necessary travel and health documents before departure. We regret we cannot accept any liability if you are refused entry onto any transport, into any country or if you are not issued with an appropriate visa, due to failure on your part to arrange or carry correct documentation or due to any reason beyond our control. It is your responsibility to ensure that your flights meet the arrival and departure requirements of the Programme. We regret we cannot accept any liability for any additional costs incurred if your flights do not meet these requirements. If failure to have any necessary documentation or appropriate flights results in additional costs, fines, surcharges or other financial penalty being imposed on us or our Partners, you will be responsible for reimbursing us / them accordingly.
Passports. (a) A Passport (“Passport”) is a Subscription granting rights and benefits to a specific named User. The Subscription Term for a Passport is the twelve month term described in Section 6.01 of Exhibit B of this Agreement. Subscriber may purchase incremental Passports and assign such Passports to Users at any time during the Subscription Term. Passports are non- transferrable and cannot be pooled or shared among Users. You must carefully observe all applicable formalities and ensure that the surnames and forenames used for all passengers when making a booking and appearing in your travel documents (booking forms, travel tickets, vouchers, etc.), correspond exactly with those appearing on your passport, visas, etc. Immunization requirements vary from country to country and even region to region. Up-to date information should be obtained from your local health department and consulate. You assume complete and full responsibility for, and hereby release Protocolo Tours from, any duty of checking and verifying vaccination or other entry requirements of each destination, as well as all safety and security conditions of such destinations during the length of the proposed travel or extensions expected or unexpected. Passports. 7.1 The Athlete must have an up-to-date passport. The Athlete should also carry a photocopy in case of misplacement. The Athlete must carry their passport to Canadian events if there is a possibility, they will be leaving Canada afterward. A passport is required for travel to the United States.
