Anniversary Increment. A. Definition The Anniversary Increment is recognition of employees who, in positions requiring certification, have given satisfactory service to the District and community for many years. Service is interpreted as regular contract employment in a position requiring certification of not less than 60% of full-time; summer service is not applicable. District-granted medical or military leave shall be counted in the years of service.
