Annual Appointments. 1. Annual appointments are entered into with full-time bargaining unit members employed through grant or contract funds (other than the operating contract between the Board of Trustees and the State University of New York) for a fixed period not normally exceeding one (1) year and such appointments automatically expire on the final date of the appointment term.
