Annual Contributions Contracts/MTW Agreement. Notwithstanding any provision contained herein to the contrary, the Contractor hereby certifies that the Contractor’s Services shall be performed in accordance with the provisions of the HCV Annual Contributions Contracts between HUD and CHA and the Consolidated Annual Contributions Contracts and/or the MTW Agreement, as amended, for the HCV Programs.
