Annual Holiday Pay. 12:01 Each employee shall be entitled to three (3) weeks annual vacation. Holiday Pay shall be based on six (6) percent of the Employees total gross earnings and be paid as part of the hourly wage package on the Employee's regular pay day. 12:02 As per the Saskatchewan Employment Act, after ten (10) years of continuous service with an Employer, each employee shall be entitled to four (4) weeks annual vacation. This holiday Pay shall be based on eight (8) percent of the Employees total gross earnings and be paid as part of the hourly wage package on the Employee's regular pay day.
