Common use of Annual Leave Accrual Clause in Contracts

Annual Leave Accrual. Each month the Employer shall credit to the employee the amount (if any) of annual leave accrued by the employee under clause 5.1.1(a) since the Employer last credited to the employee an amount of annual leave accrued under clause 5.1.1(a).

Such annual leave shall be exclusive of any statutory public holiday that may occur during the period of that annual leave and shall be paid for by the Employer in advance.
