Annual Leave for Vacation. All employee requests for annual leave for vacation purposes shall be submitted to the appropriate supervisor at least ten (10) working days in advance. Employees shall be notified within five (5) working days of the receipt of the vacation request as to whether or not it has been approved. Times of vacation shall be mutually agreed upon by the District and the employee.
